Hospice care is specialized care that focuses on the quality of life of patients who are experiencing an advanced, life-limiting illness. We provide compassionate care in the last phases of an incurable disease so that individuals may live as fully and comfortably as possible.

We include the patient and their family/caregiver in the plan of care, work to relieve pain and other symptoms, assist the patient in meeting individual goals, help the patient and family develop effective coping mechanisms, and provide an atmosphere of comfort and compassion while helping patients, their families and loved ones deal with the emotional impact of death.

Individuals with a prognosis of six months or less if their disease runs its natural course, as determined by a physician.

Hospice care is private pay, however we do accept Medicare and Medicare replacement plans. The Medicare Hospice Benefit is an inclusive benefit in which all services related to the terminal illness are covered up to 100% by Medicare Part A.

Home care is private pay or through long-term care insurance only. Home care is not covered by medical insurance.

Whether you need a few hours a week, a few hours a day, or 24/7 care for your loved one, our goal is to support and assist you in their care — whatever amount of time that may be per week.

If you need assistance caring for your loved one so you can go to work, manage daily tasks outside the home, attend your own appointments, or practice good self-care, home care may be just what you need.

If your loved one comes to require Home Health or Hospice Care, we can assist with that transition and provide opportunities to keep the same care team, so your loved one continues to be cared for by familiar caregivers.
